We work with the National Helmets to Hardhats program and with Minnesota’s own Construction Careers Foundation to provide easy access for veterans to the program, and work with all of the building trades unions in the state.

MN Helmets to Hardhats is a state funded nonprofit that helps active transitioning military, veterans, National Guard, and Reserves find gainful employment in the construction building trades unions.
