Message from John Henka, Founder & CEO
As a previous Corporal in the Marine Corps, I discovered very quickly the challenges of entering into the civilian workforce. The transition was not only challenging but also inspirational and for many years I have dedicated my services to Veteran placement.
With over 20 + years’ in the staffing industry I continually observed the disconnect that veterans faced with their transition into the workforce- and thus, the beginnings of LockLeed.
I am inspired to lead the charge as the first Full Service Staffing Agency in the Midwest catering to Veterans, National Guard, Reserves, Wounded Warriors, and Military Spouses. Building a bridge between corporations and veterans, my mission is to be the liaison, the educator, the helper, and the motivator – developing partnerships with world-class organizations and supporting their growth by placing our Veterans in great positions.
