COLLABORATOR
Headwaters Regional Transportation Coordinating Council's purpose is Driving Toward Accessibility & Mobility For Everyone: No Matter The Destination. It is a group of social and transportation services agencies in North Central Minnesota that collaborates to improve mobility options for everyone, including veterans. This is done by developing partnerships and programs to address transportation gaps. We also serve as the area's resource for ride information and arranging transportation.
