The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Caregiver Support Program provides resources, education and support to Caregivers of Veterans. The program also recently expanded the Program of Comprehensive Assistance for Family Caregivers (PCAFC) to include Veterans who served 05/07/75 and earlier in addition to the Post 9/11 era Veterans. In two years, the program will expand to those who served between 5/8/75-9/10/01. This presentation will discuss and review the VA resources and supports to all Caregivers of Veterans, as well as provide an overview of the new regulations of the expansion of the PCAFC.
