Airman and Family Readiness Program Managers (A&FRPM)provide programs and services to assist commanders in identifying, assessing, and minimizing personal and family related challenges to maintaining unit cohesion and strengthening operational readiness. Enable development and sustainment of resilient, ready Airmen and families. A&FRPM's collaborate with State Headquarters, local agencies, uniformed Services and other service delivery agencies to enhance the quality of life initiatives during steady state and contingency operations.

Hello, my name is Kelly Wilkinson and I am the Airman and Family Readiness Program Manager at the 133rd Airlift Wing.  I served in the Air National Guard for 24 years and retired in 2016 as an E-9, Chief Master Sergeant.  My passion is serving Veterans, current Service members and their families.  My program focuses on Transition Assistance, Emergency Family Assistance, Child and Youth, Financial Readiness, Deployment Readiness and Resilience skills.
