COLLABORATOR

The WWP mission is to honor and empower Wounded Warriors who incurred a physical or mental injury, illnesses, or wound, co-incident to your military service on or after September 11, 2001. You may also be eligible for the program if you are the family member or caregiver of a Wounded Warrior.

Wounded Warrior Project

Veterans who register and join the Wounded Warrior Project are called Alumni. Whether you’re a warrior, family member, or caregiver, support for veterans starts with the WWP Alumni program.

When you register as a veteran or family member, you’ll find veteran help through free programs, services, and events that make healing possible. Family members who register will receive an Alumni experience geared specifically for family support.

A supportive community can give you the strength to keep taking the steps towards living a rewarding civilian life. Here, you’ll find that community.

Connect, warrior to warrior. Go to a baseball game with someone who’s been where you are. Build your professional network. Attend family events. Meet other caregivers. Get outside. Volunteer in your community. Have fun. Feel what it feels like to start really living again.

We know that everyone is starting from a different place, so we offer something for everyone. What are you looking for right now? Start where you are, and together we’ll go from there.

Sometimes you don’t know exactly what you need. That’s why we’re here. We’ll listen, then point you in the right direction.
