The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has partnered with global nonprofit social network, CaringBridge, to aid in veterans’ healing.  A CaringBridge site will help ease the communication burdens of sharing health updates with family & friends, coordinate necessary task support and enable a patient’s social network to become more intimately involved and engaged with a patient and caregiver.  Each site is customizable with messaging, photos, and videos, and privacy settings are determined by the user.
